The questions of the year.
We are currently running A73.11 World. The full JDE Sales, Distribution,
Manufacturing, CRP, DRP, financial suites,.
and the like. We have two full blown iSeries 830s with extremely large
database. We are looking for the real inside
scoop, not marketing ploys or presentation, but the reality of going to One
World. I need good solid Pro's and Con's,
Nut's an Bolts, and definitely the 'Gotcha's of what we should look out
for, what we should expect, what we are going up against,, what's ahead in
the form of planning, resources, and support with coexistence for the
future.
The 'KG does not have the most current information. We have been reduced
to the 'Bronze' support level. Current information has not been
forthcoming, phone calls are prohibited. I am planning to attend Focus
2000, but I need a
bottom line to build from, to create the information parameters needed, to
wrap our arms around this endeavor..
I would be very grateful to receive a cut to chase response, on
consideration for direction, support, hardware, education and resources
required to go forward.
