E9.2 Orch Exception after upgrading to 9.2.7.4

Hi folks,

We upgraded to 9.2.7.4 and things are smooth but there's a loose end-- this error is showing up for multiple user id's every day and there's not enough info for us to track down what is generating it. Anyone see this before? Oracle support returned nothing, but I'm not a pro support searcher.

Have you somehow lost your F952420 settings?
Check F9860W for the WL in question and see if its in the able above and visa versa

I wish there was a watchlist in question!! It specifies no specifics regarding what's being attempted!

maybe a corrupted entry either in F9861W or F952420 with a blank/null OBNM or not existing in the other table vice versa? i've seen that with CAFE1 a lot back then, every other week we had those ghost entries
