JDE world on power 7 server

1. Will A7.3 version of JDE operate on a Power 7 server ay V7R1M0 operating release?
2. Do we need to acquire JDE 9.0 to operate on a Power 7 server?
3. Is the support for A7.3 release being “dropped” / eliminated by Oracle and moving only to 9.0 or above?
4. What is the cost of purchasing 9.0? (Since we have software support is there a cost for 9.0?)
