JDE World access via Citrix

There are quite a few users in our company who access JDE World via Citrix and for some strange reason about a 30 of them are receiving a 'Function Key Not Allowed' when they are prompted to enter their credentials and nothing happens. They have to close the browser to get out of that screen. Any ideas?

Our network crew needed to remap certain function keys within Citrix to allow JDE to access those certain function keys (ie F14).
