Hi all, I am new to JDEList but glad to be here. I am also new to JDE and I am looking for the best way to export all of my user data (User ID to Role) & (Role to Object) to dump it into MS Access. I mentioned that I am a newbie so a step by step would be much appreciated. Thank you all and have a great day!

Use the table browser to export the following tables:

F00926 Roles Sequence - defines roles w/description
F00950 Security Workbench - shows objects attached to roles
F95921 Role Relationships - shows roles attached to users

You will need F0093 too.

Use the JDE ODA ODBC connection through Access. It connects directly to E1 and coverts the dates and amount fields. Then you can link directly to the tables to always have current data. I create and run all my security reports from access including User Access Review which we do for the auditors.
JDE ODA is Read Only, not updatable which is great for me because I don’t want to accidentally change anything in E1.
