JDE E1 8.10 8.95_B1 and Windows 2003

Is anyone out there running in this configuration?

JDE - EnterpriseOne 8.10 8.95_B1
OS - Windows 2003 R2/SP2
DB - Microsoft SQL 2000 or SQL 2005

Hi,

Yes, I had a customer on that configuration.
They have now upgraded to Tools Release 8.96.3.1

Did they go to the next TR because it didn't work or did that configuration work just fine for them?

Hi,

We decided to upgrade because of performance issues, and
if my memory doesn't fail, to support a newer SP of SQL 2005.
It's a very stable Tools Release.

Thanks for the response Sebastian. The reason I ask is because JDE support and online documentation says the following:

For E1 8.10 / TR 8.95.B1 (windows):
>> WIN2003 SP1 is supported
>> WIN2003 R2 is supported
>> WIN2003 R2/SP2 is not supported

My network guys want to go with the last option and so we're just trying to check out in the real world to see if others have stably run this configuration (along with MS SQL 2005) before we do it ourselves.

So to confirm again, your customer worked just fine in a production setting on the config in question, correct?
