E9.2 Enabling Automatic Plan Correction - SQL Server

We recently upgraded to SQL Server 2019 and with this DB Upgrade we can now leverage some automatic tuning capabilities in SQL Server. There are 2 features which are part of this "Automatic plan correction" and "automatic index mgmt". We are specifiucally looking at Automatic plan correction.

Wanted to get some feedback if someone is already using it for JDE.
Any recommendation on using them or anything that we should be mindful of?
