Install JDE EnterpriseOne on Citrix

Hi, I installed JDE EnterpriseOne on Citrix Presentation Server 4.5. When I tried to run the application as the user, I got "fail to edit the registry." Besides giving local admin rights to the user, what can I do to get this to work under a regular user account?
 
Try giving full access to all users to the attached list of registry keys.

Did that, now it's saying can't update component. Argh.I already gave the user access to modify the C:\, so the user has read/write/modify access to the JDE*.* files on the root of C:\
