In BI Publisher even if the email is sent then also we are getting error FD delivery error and communication failure many times.
In some cases where we are getting FD error and communication failure -The delivery to particular email address failed
In some cases where we are getting FD error and communication failure delivery to email addresses have gone successfully.
How can we correct it that if the Delivery to email id has been done then why it is showing Communication failure or FD error?It is happening most of the times and is really misguiding as we think delivery to email address have not gone but in actual it has gone.
Q-Can someone suggest ?Do we have to make some jde.ini settings or Verifying the Setup of the SMTP server?
Q- In case where delivery to email address have not gone then do we have to check SMTP server that why delivery to a particular email addresses failed or anything else?
