How to suppress ALL output from event rules?

Hello!
The task is to run the 1-st report if PO=1 or suppress it's output to PDF and run the 2-nd report instead. The problem is that they are bouth should have the same Data Selection so it isn't possible to use the 3-d report with Suppress ALL Output option enabled.

There is a system function "Supress Section Write" if u want to suppress partcular sections.
