How to shorten a gap between rows in a report?

Hello, List,
I have three years of administration in JDE but I am new in development.

I am making some line adjustment in report R04572 (Check prints) and I can't
shorten a gap between lines.
There is a Stub Detail Group there; I want to put records closer to more
lines on a page, but I can't.
I searched Enterprise Report Writing guide and Developer's Guide of Steven
Hester and Chris Enyeart; I did't find anything related.

I will appreciate any advice.

I just did this. I think you have to go to the detail section's properties and uncheck "Absolute Position". If that doesn't work, I'll review my UBE and let you know.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer. I tried your advise. It didn't work. The Stub
detail section doesn't have the checked absolute position.
Payment Selection has it, but if I uncheck it is getting worse - the total
order is screwed.
Could you review your UBE, please?

Alex

Hi Alexander

The gap between rows is decided only by the gap between the top of the section and your elements. Resizing the section in design mode has no effect. To reduce the gap, move all the elements closer to the top of the section. Also make sure that you do not have any hidden elements further down in the section. If you do, move these up as well
