How to restrict an item for ship to only in World 9.3 using Preference

Hi I need help urgent. My first work day I had been asked to set item restriction for a ship to address only.
Scenario:
Parent Address = 100200
Sold to Address = 100200
Ship to address = 100300-301-302-304-305

I need to restrict the item for Address Ship 100300-only

I want to use Preference Profile instead Price Adjustment Definition.

I need to do as soon is possible. I am stuck.. and worry I never had done item restriction for Ship only.. hope someone can help me.. Please....
