How to release WO reservation after application crash ?

After application P31123 crash (Super Backflush) WO being processed is reported as "reserved for update by XX in application P31123 using key WO_number"

How to erase such a false reservation left after application crush? Is there a report desinged to do that?

OneWorld XE SP21 on w2k/SQL2000

Try P00095, Business object Reservations, highlight WO and select delete.
