Hi
I am an independent consultant new to JDE World product. As part of bidding on some modification and modernization work on a World client, it appears that what the client needs is really just World product support.
On a long-term basis this is not something I can or want to provide. When a client no longer gets support from JDE, where/how do they get it?
Are there other organizations that pick up on-going support?
