How do World customers get support

Hi
I am an independent consultant new to JDE World product. As part of bidding on some modification and modernization work on a World client, it appears that what the client needs is really just World product support.

On a long-term basis this is not something I can or want to provide. When a client no longer gets support from JDE, where/how do they get it?

Are there other organizations that pick up on-going support?

JDE is still providing support for the World Product. Your client should
contact JDE and inquire with them.
