Help on Surfing thru Xe on Web

If I have to scroll down to last item on an enquiry, I hv to refresh screen by screen, which is very very slow and tedious. Can I do something to scroll down fast. Suppose I want to see the total which appears on last line which is record no. 400, how can I avoid refreshing 40 times.
