Help - Data selection error on web, language specific

We are using E1 8.0 on web (AS/400 V5R3 WS 5.0.2 SP23L1) and versions created by users using default language fail on data selection when executed by users with RO language setting.

We noticed that:
-versions created on fat clients by users with RO work on web for users with RO
-versions created on fat clients by users with default language do not work on web for RO users
-versions created on web by users with RO do not work for RO users on web
-versions created on web by users with default language also work for RO users on web.

When a RO user changes the right operand to "literal", we get a blank Data Selection screen (only showing the toolbar buttons) and the following errors in rt.log:

Hi,

We have got the same problem with Polish language settings. We are running on EO 8.10, SQL Server, Websphere 5.0.2.
I've got some answer from Oracle - I think it was based on Your case. Did their solution work in Your case? (please see the solution in the attachment). Unfortunatelly in our case it doesn't work.
If you have any ideas please let me know
