ESU_JD22221-Currency Restatement R11414 to R11414A

We are currently running R11414 to restate our balances in the F0902. The processing time of this time sensitive month-end job has been increasing exponentially as our F0902 grows because of work order subledger detail being deposited there for reporting purposes.

ESU 22221 appears to have been rewritten this UBE into a BSFN (R11414 to R11414A) to address performance issues (SAR 6635699). Has anyone applied this ESU and what kind of a performance improvement did you see?

I am very interested in this topic. We have been unsuccesful at improving performance with R11414A. There are a few SARS attached to it that need to be applied. Please ensure you do apply those as one is that proof mode actually updates the database!!!!!

Did you see ANY performance improvement with R11414A? Did it run 10%, 20%, etc. faster? We are contemplating taking this, but not sure it's worth the risk. It appears that ESU_JD22221 has been re-released as JD22699. R11414 is running close to 5 hours for us with 2 million F0902's and 30 million F0911's.

It is on our project list to be installed and completed by 2/28/05. In our dev environment (which is very slow), over 1 company I saw a 25% improvement. However, I won't be sure until we get it into production.(which is a much more powerful machine)

BTW - This program has nothing to do with the F0911. It only works against the F0902.
