Error with Applications links and E1 when run through Citrix

Hi All,

I have an unusual issue that I am not sure how to solve (other than telling the users to stop using Citrix).

We have some users that will log in to our Citrix server, open their emails (in Outlook) and then click on the link that is in their emails to Approve an Order in E1.

The link allows the users to log in and then show them the order that needs approving. This issue is that when this is done through Citrix, the order comes up as APPROVED (which it hasn't been yet).

Does anyone know if there is some jde.ini file on the server that may cause some issues.

We are running EnterpriseOne 8.0 with Service Pack 23.
