Equipment Warranty Tracking

I'm looking for a solution for tracking mobile equipment component warranties based on calendar and/or meter schedules. We only schedule PM Services and enter Work Orders at the Parent Equipment Unit level. The fitted components, however, have individual manufacturer warranties when replaced.

Create a child piece of equipment, and setup a PM Schedule for that equipment for service type WARR (warranty) with a date say a month before expiry of warranty and use the PM WO to check the piece before its warranty expires. Set Multiple WO code to 4 and the system wont generate a follow up PM schedule.
