Email setup for purchasing approvals notification

I am trying to determine where the email address is setup for notifications on approvals for procurement module. Can anyone direct me? Thanks in advance for your help.

The email address goes in the address book under Who's Who. There is a row exit call Email/Internet. Also set the Messaging Indicator to 1 on that screen.
