eGenerator:Generate App fails

Hi,

I am using eGenerator v5.0 to generate spec objects for JDE EnterpriseOne 8.11 SP1 with OAS 10g.
Since 8.11 comes with prebuilt spec objects, I am trying to generate serialized spec for applications and forms only(since I am getting unable to load application form error while accessing forms through web).

When I tried to generate application P01012 for form W01012A,I got the following error:
"W01012A is not a valid form for App: P01012"

There is no error logged in log file. I tried with other applications but got the similar error. Does anyone has any idea why this is happening??
