EDI Inbound 850 Price Discrepancy

We are experincing a problem with our Inbound 850s where the unit price coming in from the trading partner is different from what we have setup on JDE. We have our P40211Z set so that the JDE price takes precedence when the order is transferred to F4201/F4211; but we need some visibility when the price difference occurs. JDE support was no help. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Has anyone had any experience with setting the EDI Tolerance Rules and how they affect the inbound process (JDE was no help here as well!)?
