E1 role chooser and web server

Hello I have "role chooser" disabled within E1 ( both for Menu and Login). However when we go to web server, I can see the role field being displayed in the top right corner next to personalization and user can still choose the role they want to apply. I am 9.1 with TR 9.1.3.3 Not sure if you have seen this issue and is there way to circumvent this issue
