DRP

I have a problem I've benn trying to solve but I cannot find a final solution:
My customer runs DRP and has always Sales Orders that are Past Due either because they have been partially shipped or because, especially for low priority customers, they changed allocations due to urgent orders. DRP does not take into account for Past Due Sales Orders but only Past due Purchase orders. I tried to use a special set up with Forecast Consumption which works but, as we dont want to use forcast consumption I tried to arrange daily buckets in order to prevent forecast consumtion to take place (sales order and forecast are always on specific dates and cannot coincide) ut the limit of 52 (plus past due periods) buckets limits this possible alternative. Can anyone help me I'm really desperate. I cannot change my customer processes to cope with this problem. Does anyone know how to develop an effective customization? (I've changed Business Function B3400360 but still some additonal change should be made)

Thanks

lollos,

The DRP should read your Open Sales Orders as long as your Past Due Periods
is set to '1' or '2' (and your Supply Demand Inclusion rules are OK)

The business function that does the selection is B3400390.

Re-tested (because you scared me) on Xe Update 6

Good Luck

Craig
