download spool file from AS400 to local pc through batch file transfer

hi all,
i am working in worldsoft A7.3, i am trying to download spoolfile from As/400 to local pc. but its not successful, evrytime its giving error. anyone know the process. please send me the list of steps and process detail. please do the needful......thanks in advance

The easiest thing to do is open iSeries Navigator, find your spool file and
drag and drop it onto your desktop.

Hi,
Give us the process how ur downloading the Spool file...

then hopefully we will give u solution

 

[Frosty the Coder]

There should be an application on your PC called iSeries Navigator.

Find and open this app.

Double click on your system, you will be prompted to sign on.
Use your regular AS400 userid/password.

You will be presented w/a list of things you can do.
Double click on "Basic Operations", followed by "Printer Output".

Navigator will display YOUR spool files.

Drag the desired spool to your destination folder/destop.
The spool will be brought over as a .txt

That's it.
