Disk Space message

We have more than enough disk space free on each of our Citrix servers, but periodically the user will receive the following message when opening a PDF from the published app - "not enough available disk space for the file to transfer". I purge the print queues on a regular basis and normally keep it to 14-15 days but it should be able to handle over 30 days. Does anyone have a recommendation?
