Yes, you can download the necessary SP without the DA. Once downloaded the
files may be in a .PAR format. You can open those in WinZip and export them
to run setup. And yes, you should see 8.93.D1 files for each platform and
for each type (Client, Enterprise, JAS, Portal)

Subject: deployment assistance
Hello I have been trying to instal deployment assistance since yesterday...
its not working It would not start not sure why.. Also is it neccessary to
go thru deployment assistance Can I download sp for erp8.9 without the DA...
Also I see only one peice of software for SP ( should n't we have one for
clientand deployment server and one for the enterprise server....
Any help is appreciated
