Delete Unposted Batches

Dear All

I Run the report R09301( Unposted general Journal)

And I find Some Batches with Error Status and some batches is Empty

So please I need your Help to know how can I delete this batche from the system so that when I run this report I find nothing

Hi David

One of your overnight integrity reports should be deleting all empty batches - from memory R007031.

Alternatively from P0011 take the row exit to revise then the form exit to delete.

Hi David,

Empty batch header can be deleted manually (P0011) or when you run R007031.

For Batches in error -- You need to investigate why batches in error--- Rectify those transaction/Set up accordingly then change the Batch status from E to A and Post again.
