Data not displaying in form

Hi JDEppls,
I have this weird issue for one my client in E812, who runs P48201 and on selecting a WO# does not find the data although the table has the data for it. Also it does not happen consistently, sometimes she is able to view them.

I am not able to replicate the issue and i can fidn the data at all times. It is just the issue for some users.
Any details on this would be appreciated.

check the SQL statement the form is creating when she clicks find

there's a hidden filter somewhere

It can be either due to some data selection set on the form. check all the tabs on form some fields must be set for a value on many Find forms. If not then check your Processing options it might be set for some Status only.
If not then you will have to get a debug and check the SQL as said in earlier post to find whats going on inside.

The issue could be due to Row Security, based on which Role She signs on with.

If a user has multiple roles - it can be a trickory slide, if the log in as *all.
