E9.2 copy and paste of text replicates data entry in the text field.

Release: JDE 9.2, Form: P0111 (Who's Who).
Issue: copy and paste of text replicates data entry in the text field.
Example 1st paste 'Test' in AplhaName = Test
2nd paste 'Test' in MailingName= TestTest
3rd paste 'Test' in Remark = TestTestTest
Please advise if there is a known solution to prevent the data from replicating when using paste

I could not reproduce it. It is not doubling as you explained. May be you may try clearing the Windows clip board (Copy and Paste) --- 'copy-append' ALt C and Ctrl C matters.

Just tried; not able to duplicate. Might be a customization in some way on your system?

JDE possibilities:

1) Custom ER code on P0111 - do a code compare to Pristine to check - try in pristine
2) Form Extensions with orch or logic extension attached - check for form extension and delete or disable

Other possibilities:

1) Issue with your clipboard as JDE_Bala mentioned - try different machine altogether
2) Password manager or other browser extension autofilling certain fields - try incognito mode or different browser, or different machine
3) Weird browser issue- try different browser
