CRM 8.11 / 8.12 Telephony integration for auto-dialing

Has anyone performed a Telephony integration with CRM in 8.11 or 8.12? We are looking at implementing auto-dialing features within CRM after our upgrade.

I am looking for companies that are implementing JDE's CRM 8.11 or 8.12, are you currently in production as of yet?
