Credit Hold Code (C1) Password is Forgotten

Dear friends,

I need your helps. We use JDE World (AS400 version) A.7.2.

I remember that was possible to view the passcode to release the C1 hold codes in case it's forgotten. But , I don't remember where we were looking for it. It should be viewed from a hidden menu option G..... however, I do not remember what was it.

I would highly appreciate if you could send me your quick helps and recommendations.

Try menu word search for Release Held Orders.
I believe you want P42070 program which is likely on your menus G4211, G4212, or others, depending on your release level.
