Creating Location Labels

I need to create location labels that have the location in the format of 1.A.01.01 (dots between different parts of the LOCN from F4100). I was told a BSFN dcLINK Xpress Format Location would do this, but I can't seem to figure out the parameters to do this. Do you know where I can find documentation on this? Or is there a better BSFN to use? I have tried others but with no luck (yet).
