Contract Billing API

I have recently used the XML API to add Journal Entries and Subcontracts. Now I am working on Contract Change Orders (F5201 system), but cannot find any functions similar to the F4311FSBegindoc, F0911FSBeginDoc and so on, for Contracts.

Do such functions exist? I am not ever sure where to look for such documentation, and you all know how un-useful the Knowldge Garden has become.
