There's no need to change the code page for SQL when doing upgrade from
B733.1 to Xe.
Xe SP16, Windows 2000, SQL 2000 SP1
(working with B7321, B7331, B7332 too)

in b73.3.1 what code page we must set up in SQL SERVER before creating
databases and logons.
