Hi all,

This issue has been mentioned before but I've not seen a solution
posted. Now I have one, so here it is.

The issue is that in a Citrix session, the grids sometimes fail to
display correctly. However, refreshing the screen (minimise and
maximise) brings the information back to the screen. In our environment
we only see the issue when users use a Wyse terminal to access a desktop
environment on one Citrix server, then run Peoplesoft as an application
published through Nfuse and accessed through the PNAgent. The Peoplesoft
session runs on a different Citrix server than the desktop environment.

The solution is indicated in Citrix article CTX204071. In the APPSRV.INI
file in the PNAgent directory on the Citrix server or (in our case) in
the ICA template file on our Nfuse server, add the following two lines:
FORCELVBMode=1
DeferredUpdateMode=On

I hope this helps someone out there!

Regards,
Mark
