CDN Payroll - Reset Pre-Payroll

Hi,
I am looking for details on how the Reset Pre-Payroll should function in regards with the F0701740 Quantum Control Tax table.
Is F0701740 one of the:
1) Working tables = used ONLY during the Payroll cycle and CLEARED by the Final Update, OR is it a
2) Transactional/historical one - that is, records are added & updated?

The answer is: 1) Working Table - Denver says: <<F0701740 should be cleared by the Payroll Reset function.>>
