This was brought to my attention this week and I am not sure what causes it or how often it happens.
On at least three of our workorders, the wrong part numbers are used in the cardex file (F4111). They do not match the part number from the parts list (F3111).
For example, the parts list may contain parts A, B and C with respective quantities of 100,200 and 300. But the cardex "IM" records will have parts A, A, A with the A, B & C's quantities.
I called JDE/PS and they said that this error has never been reported and weren't sure if they could help me.
Can someone from this list help? I am sure the error occurs in P31113 when it is called from P31114.
