Cannot view CSV on web

Hi all,

One of my users cannot view CSV files through the Work With Submitted Jobs application using the web interface.

We have ensured he has sufficient security rights with a full installation of Excel and the correct registry entries for .CSV files. He is using Internet Explorer 6.

Is there anything else I could try?

Hi,

Check that his Windows Regional Settings and JDE user
settings match the settings of the other users.
The most critical settings are : list separator (Windows
only), decimals (Windows and JDE), thousands separator
(Windows and JDE) and date format (Windows and JDE).

You should also check IE Security and make sure ActiveX downloads & Scripting are enabled.
