Can Kronos work as real time with JDE ?

We are trying to implement Kronos for our time and labor, the team implemented the interface in batch mode it updates JDE and Kronos every 15 minutes. Can we implement Kronos and JDE in real time ? We had RF SMART for time and labor and that was real time. Now we are revisiting the JDE kronos interface and we see the need of real time solution with Kronos? is it possible ? did anyone implement Kronos and JDE in read time before ?
