Business Data - Test Clearout

I need to clear out Business Data - Test so that I can use the data source for integration testing. What is the best way to do this? I could run R98403, moving Business Data - JDE (pristine) to Business Data - Test, but is there another way? Essentially, I just need the data source to be empty for new input. Central Objects and Control Tables can stay as-is.
