blinking OW custom form

We have a custom application that has multiple forms, one of which blinks every minute on TSE (thin clients) for only certain users. It does not blink on development workstations. When a user either accesses the form via the 'Add' button or a Row Exit to an existing record and that form opens, it blinks every minute until closing that form. No error mesages are showing.
One user can login via citrix on one workstation and have it blink but login on another workstation via citrix and it will not blink.
The entire form blinks (almost like a strobe light) not just individual fields. The form still works properly, data can be added, updated, and saved. It is a Fix/Ispect form with multiple tabs.
Does anyone have any ideas?

We just had that problem , JDE and Citrix only like 16 colors. It worked for
us. You have to change the resolution right on the server.

Thanks for the idea about the color resolution. We ended up changing the Window Colors option on the citrix client. If we changed it to any option other than 256 colors, it did not blink. I have currently set mine to true color (24 bit).
