Blank Sections in Report Design 8.10

We just migrated to 8.10 from XE and I went to Report Design, but all I could view were business views and data dictionary. But, the sections were not there not even the grids. It was just plain white. Although if I use Browse, I can see the codes, even through ER Compare. Did anybody experience this?

Try this

Put the following in the client jde.ini:

under the [DEBUG] stanza:
RegisterRDAReportView=1

This is an old post that fixed a problem for us in 8.9. It was supposed to get fixed but perhaps they didn't get to it. Worth a try.
