Batch Replenishment Error

Hi,

I'm having problem getting batch replenishment to create a suggestion to replen the fixed pick location. The error message received is Location full for Item/UOM.
Volume and weight checking are disabled so I'm only looking at a quantity check. Currently zero stock in the fixed pick with a max qty of 1200, max replen qty is set to 300, so in theory it should work.
