B1 Hold code does not clear (F4301.HOLD) When order hold released using P43070

B1 Hold code applied to the F4301.HOLD is NOT removed when the budget hold is released in the P43070. This is happening intermittently and not been replicated.

Have tried making a change to the order to re-apply the hold and generate held order message, but when releasing the hold again, the code remains.

Does the user who is releasing the hold via P43070 have any security preventing them from updating the F4301?
