Applying a \"PH\" ESU to E811 SP1

We are having an issue with printing where we can't print to a defaulted line printer unless we do a change printer. We identified an ESU in 8.11, PH11120 released 9/20/2005 but can't find the corresponding JJ ESU for E811 SP1. Has anyone every applied a PH to E811?

Don't! Ask them to reopen the SAR and give you a JJ one.
