We would like to use Citibank Paylink system (Electronic Fund System). I suppose
we need to use AP automatic payment processing and download the payment data to
the Citibank system. Has anyone have experience in working in this kind of
interface?

We are currently putting together an EFT project using OneWorld at our
organization in Canada. There are differences on the information that is
required for Canadian banks (us) and American banks (you), so my experience
may not apply 100% to your situation.

We are finding that there is not a whole lot of substance to the EFT program
in OneWorld. It compiles the data into both EDI and EFT formats, but does
not have an interface function to move it into the banks systems. We are
also finding that these files do not provide the accuracy that we are going
to require to make this project work.

We are now in the process of creating custom reports for our EFT payments to
allow a download of the information in a CSV format for importing into our
third party software. We are compiling this information from the F0911,
F0413, and F0414 files. This is where we have found the information to be
most accurate.

We are purchasing a third-party software package that we can import our
OneWorld information into. This information is then reviewed for accuracy
and forwarded to the bank using their Online Banking service.

We are approximately 6 weeks from our projected full implementation, and we
will begin smaller test groups within the next 3 weeks. If you want to
discuss our finding in greater detail, or if you have any information that
you think would be helpful to us, please contact me directly at the address
below.

This probably didn't help that much, but that is what we have experienced to
date.

Thank you,

Tim Rose
