Alternate WFM Solutions that Integrate with EnterpriseOne

Assisting a company who has implemented EnterpriseOne, but would like to potentially deploy a different WFM software that integrates well with JDE. They currently use JDE's human capital module, but are looking to streamline and make the setup less complex and easier to maintain. Any recommendations for alternate solutions that the company should consider (e.g., PeopleSoft, Ultipro) to use with JDE? They want to continue to use JDE for their finance and accounting, job costing, etc. Please let me know if their is a more appropriate place to post this question. Thanks!

The key element of your question is "Integrates well with JDE". Beauty, as they say, is in the eye of the beholder. First question, do they need to keep payroll in house for business reasons? If not there are a number of 3rd party providers that can give you a reasonable solution. If they are going to take payroll to a 3rd party then you need to consider taking all of HCM (WFM) to the 3rd party. There are a lot of very robust HCM solutions that include both HR and Payroll capabilities that generally are available as SaaS that you might consider. Whatever solutions you look at including all of the competing ERP providers and 3rd party (external) solutions you will have to build the interfaces with JDE depending upon how much data you want to bring into JDE from the other HCM/WFM solution.
