E9.2 AIS Instance Cache button not visible

Dears,

I installed an AIS instance but for some reason the AIS cache button visible on the server manager instance page is not enabled when the instance is running. When the instance is stopped you can see them disabled. Is there a setting to enable them?

I am using Tools 9.2.5.3 on WebLogic 12.2.1.3.

The buttons should have appeared underneath the health check button. I do not have any firewall enabled.

Do you see the instance metrics ? That could be the tls properties in your java.security file blocking this. Or a simple restart of SM agent, node manager and admin server could fix this.
