Action Invalid after applying row security

Hi,

Any ideas why P4072 fails after applying inclusive row security to F4072.AN8 for a range of value eventhough it is set to Y for add, change, delete and view?

"The action code entered either is not one of the following codes or you are not authorized to perform this action. Valid action codes are: 'A' or '1' -Add; 'C' or '2' -Change; 'D' -Delete; 'I' or '4' -Inquiry...."
